We sell net to the trade. We never sell to your client
One contract, three destinations, one operating standard. You hold the client relationship and set your own price. We hold the operators and carry the escalation when something goes wrong on the ground.
What makes this different from a wholesaler with a rate sheet
Most suppliers selling Vietnam to the trade hold loose relationships with several operators per destination and route your programme to whoever has room. That works until something goes wrong, at which point your escalation path is the operator who caused the problem.
We hold an exclusive agreement with one DMC per destination, set the standard they work to, and sit above them commercially. When an operator is the problem, the person you call holds a contract that operator does not want to lose.

Written, 36 months
We do not contact, quote or sell to your client — during the programme or after it. We operate no consumer channel at all. The terms ›
Three destinations

Your brand throughout
Proposals, itineraries, on-site materials and the post-event report carry your identity and no trace of ours. White label ›

Vietnam does not have one season. When the client's dates are fixed, change the destination instead of losing the booking. Calendar ›
Why the net figures are not on this site
A published net rate has a working life of about a week before it is forwarded into an end client's budget spreadsheet, and from that moment your selling price is capped at a number you did not choose.
So the structure is public — what the rate is built from, what moves it, what is included — and the figures sit behind a check on your trading status. Verification is free, takes two working days, and carries no volume commitment.
You are not being turned away, but you are in the wrong place. MICEVIET sells to the trade because that is the business model. Tell us your market and we will point you to a partner who covers it, at no cost and with no obligation.
Where we operate, and where we do not
| Destination | Ceiling | Strongest for | Where it fails |
|---|---|---|---|
| Phu Quoc | ~200 | Beach incentives, sunset galas, visa-free international arrivals | Multi-stream conferences — function space is thin relative to room stock |
| Da Nang and Hoi An | ~300 | Conferences with genuine breakout depth, heritage evenings, best access | October flooding risk; a narrower beach season than the photography suggests |
| Ha Long Bay | ~200 | Overnight cruise incentives, small senior offsites, an unrepeatable evening | Anything needing breakout rooms; capacity limited by vessel, not by hotel |
Three destinations covered properly rather than fifteen listed nominally. Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City are not on this list — we can handle arrivals, transfers and a city dinner in both as part of a programme running elsewhere, and we say so plainly rather than presenting ourselves as a DMC where we hold no contracted operator.
What is contractual
| Commitment | What it means |
|---|---|
| First reply in 8 working hours | To a substantive answer — feasible, not feasible, or here is what we need. An acknowledgement does not stop the clock. |
| Net quote in 3 working days | Named properties, day-by-day programme, net at your committed minimum, inclusions at line level. |
| 7-day soft hold, free | Inventory held while your client decides. No money at this stage, and we tell you before it lapses. |
| No penalty grid | What is retained on cancellation is what has been collected. You can never owe more than you have paid. |
| 5–10% shortfall absorbed | Headcount below the guaranteed minimum by up to 10% carries no charge. |
| Contracted contingency | Every outdoor element carries a written substitute; every outdoor gala a held indoor alternative. |
| Post-event report in 3 working days | Including deviations your client did not notice. Uncomfortable by design. |
| No undisclosed subcontracting | Any third party on the ground is named in the quote. |
Questions partners ask most
Do you sell to end clients?
No. We operate no consumer website, no direct booking and no consumer advertising. It is easier to keep the non-circumvention commitment when there is nowhere for that traffic to go.
What does it cost to register?
Nothing, and there is no minimum volume. Verification takes two working days, or one if you supply a recognised industry association membership number.
What commission do you take?
None. Rates are net and you set your own selling price. There is no percentage to negotiate.
Can you cover destinations outside these three?
Not as a DMC. We would be subcontracting to an operator we hold no contract with and the standard we sell would not apply. We would rather tell you it is outside our coverage than take the booking and hope.
What happens when the contracted operator is at capacity?
We tell you, with whatever notice we have, and propose alternative dates or an alternative destination. We do not quietly source from an operator outside the agreement — preventing exactly that is the point of the model. It is also its honest limitation in peak season.
