Two working days, and we check you are real
Verification exists for one reason: everything behind it is priced on the assumption that the person reading it resells rather than travels. One unverified account leaks the whole rate sheet.
What we verify
- That the business exists and trades in travel or events. A registration certificate, licence or equivalent from your jurisdiction. Company name must match the entity that will contract.
- That you sell to clients rather than travel yourself. Usually evident from the registration; where it is not, a website, a client reference or an association membership settles it.
- That the person applying can bind the company. A work email on the company domain, and a named role. Free webmail addresses are declined — not out of snobbery, but because it is the single most common signal of an end client posing as trade.
- Tax identity where the jurisdiction requires it, so that invoicing works when a booking is confirmed rather than being sorted out under time pressure.
Members of a recognised travel or event industry association — national association, IATA, SITE, or an equivalent — are normally verified within a working day on the membership number alone.
What happens after approval
All destinations
Three destinations, six size bands, four programme lengths, seasonal multipliers applied, with inclusions at line level.
One person, not a queue
A single point of contact in GMT+7 hours, plus the escalation path above them.
Your brand
Proposal and itinerary templates carrying your identity, ready for client presentation.
For your tenders
Staffing ratios, contingency policy, safety and insurance positions in a form that survives a procurement review.
Educational rates
Inspection trips for your team at operating cost. Usually the fastest way to sell a destination you have not personally seen.
Volume partners
Held allocation in the October–November window for partners with committed annual volume.
Reasons an application is declined
- The applicant is the end client. The most common case by a distance. We will still quote you — as a client, at retail, through the appropriate channel — and we say so plainly rather than going quiet.
- Free webmail with no verifiable company.
- The business trades in an unrelated sector and is registering to obtain rates for its own staff travel. This is a client relationship, not a trade one.
- A history of publishing supplier net rates. Rare, but it happens, and it is disqualifying.
- Sanctions or compliance screening failure. Non-negotiable and not something we can discuss case by case.
You are not being turned away. MICEVIET sells to the trade because that is the business model, and buying through an agency usually gets you better service on a corporate programme than buying from a wholesaler would. If you tell us your market we will point you toward a partner who covers it, at no cost and with no obligation.
Questions partners ask most
Is there a fee?
No. Registration is free and carries no minimum volume commitment.
How long does approval take?
Two working days in the standard case, one where an association membership number is supplied. If we need something further we ask once, with a specific list, rather than sending you round a loop.
Does approval expire?
We re-verify annually, which is normally a single confirmation email. An account with no activity for twenty-four months is closed and can be reopened at any time.
Can several people in our agency have access?
Yes. The company is verified, not the individual. Add colleagues on the same company domain without repeating the process.

Four fields and you can send
Send the outline and we will come back within eight working hours with feasibility — whether the dates hold at that headcount and what constrains them — and a detailed net quote within three working days.
